About the Role
The Growth Hacker will serve as the technical backbone of Union’s marketing engine. You will own CRM workflows, digital campaigns, website development, SEO, and reporting, ensuring the funnel is optimized for maximum occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase traffic to Union’s website through SEO, SEM, and content optimization.
- Manage CRM workflows (LeadSquared, WATI, WhatsApp, email automation) to achieve maximum occupancy.
- Handle email marketing campaigns and automation journeys.
- Drive day-to-day performance reporting and analytics.
- Oversee website development, integrations, and plugins for a seamless user experience.
- Run and track digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Build dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance metrics.
- Audit and train inside sales teams on CRM adoption and best practices.
- Drive B2B marketing initiatives and corporate tie-ups.
- Integrate AI-driven workflows for automation, lead nurturing, and scaling performance.
Requirements
3–6 years in growth, CRM, or digital marketing roles.Strong technical knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and automation tools.Hands-on experience with LeadSquared, HubSpot, Mailchimp, GA4, and WATI.Familiarity with website development and plugin integrations.Analytical, detail-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.What You’ll Get
