Program Overview

As a Business Management Trainee , you will undergo a structured 12–18 month rotational program across key business functions. The program is designed to groom future leaders by giving you end-to-end exposure to strategy, operations, growth, and cross-functional leadership. You'll work directly with senior leaders on high-impact projects , solve real business challenges, and contribute to scaling the company.
