Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Sales Manager to oversee sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships for our expanding AI and animation studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record of building client relationships across the advertising, animation, corporate AV, film, OTT, and digital media sectors. Possessing robust relationships with prominent brand managers and major advertising agencies within the industry is also indispensable.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in animation, corporate AV, advertising, film, OTT, gaming, and digital domains.Build and maintain strong relationships with production houses, brands, creative agencies, and content creators.Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.Drive revenue growth by selling VFX, animation, and post-production services.Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, and management) to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetups to enhance brand presence.Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing strategic input to leadership.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.Required Candidate Profile
Experience : 8+ years in sales, business development, or client servicing within media, advertising, VFX, post-production, or animation industries.Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value deals.
Well-connected within the media, entertainment, animation, and advertising ecosystem.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven and proactive approach.
