Hiring for Java Backend Developer

Experience : 5-10 years
Location : Pune
CTC : Up to ₹28 LPA
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development : Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot

API Design : Design and optimize REST APIs for integration with frontend and external systems

Best Practices : Implement best practices in coding, security, and performance

Collaboration : Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams for CI / CD and cloud deployment

Must-Have Skills

Java 17 : Excellent knowledge of core Java, collections, and concurrency

Spring Boot 3 : Experience with building scalable microservices and REST APIs

Node.js : Not required but a plus if familiar with Node.js ecosystem

API Design : Strong experience in API design, error handling, and logging frameworks

Database : Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Nice to Have

Azure Cloud Services : Experience with deployment and monitoring

Kubernetes and Docker : Knowledge of container orchestration

Reactive Programming : Familiarity with Spring WebFlux or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Performance Tuning and Security : Expertise in performance tuning and application security
