Responsibilities : (Limited but not restricted)
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
Pitch products / services effectively through meetings, calls, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, pricing strategies, and customized solutions.
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Utilize digital marketing insights and tools to identify prospects and enhance outreach.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to shape business strategies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Requirements :
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in the digital marketing / advertising sector).
Strong knowledge of business development strategies and digital marketing basics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles.
Proficiency in MS Office, digital platforms, and presentation tools.
Strong track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
