QA Automation Engineer

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 5+ Years

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or related field

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our Agile software development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in automation frameworks, web-based automation tools, and API testing.

Responsibilities :

Design and implement automation testing approaches and frameworks.
Develop and enhance automation processes for software testing.
Integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline.
Create test strategies, test scripts, and automated procedures for functional testing.
Perform data analysis and identify data quality issues.
Document, analyze, and report test results with recommendations.

Required Skills :

5+ years of experience in software testing.

Minimum 3+ years in automation testing.

Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java) – 3+ years.

Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.

Experience building and maintaining BDD frameworks (Cucumber) .

Strong SQL skills with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

Experience in unit, integration, and regression testing .

Hands-on REST / SOAP API automation experience.

Exposure to AWS , Jenkins , Maven , and Unix / Linux is desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
