We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Design Specialist with 2+ years of experience in both video editing and graphic design . This role will involve creating engaging visual content for various digital platforms, including videos, social media graphics, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in design software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Video Editing : Edit and produce high-quality video content for YouTube, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Graphic Design : Create visually appealing designs for websites, social media, ads, and branding materials.
Motion Graphics : Develop dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance video and design projects.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project needs and ensure brand consistency.
Optimization : Ensure that video and graphic content is optimized for various platforms, with the correct formats, resolutions, and sizes.
File Management : Maintain organized video and design files for easy access and version control.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles

Experience with motion graphics and animation techniques

Familiarity with video compression, optimization , and export settings for different social media platforms

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams

Experience with additional tools like Figma or Canva is a plus
