Job Title : Technical Recruiter

Experience : 2 – 5 Years

Location : Bengaluru (On-site)

Working Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Half day on Saturday till 2 : 00 PM)

About the Role :

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our growing business needs. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with early working hours and a 6-day work schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
  • Source and attract top tech talent using job portals, , social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial screening and technical evaluation of candidates to ensure a strong fit for client / project requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
  • Work closely with internal teams and management to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and current industry trends.
  • Experience using ATS, job portals (Naukri, Monster, Recruiter, etc.), and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with early working hours (8 AM – 5 : 30 PM) and working half-day Saturdays (till 2 PM).
