Job Description :

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented analytics to help create data-driven engagement solutions to increase traffic to join our team.

The Analyst's responsibilities include thoroughly analyzing a platforms (Website and mobile app) design, generating insightful analytics to help better understand its users, and reporting back with easy-to-understand data visualizations and clear solutions.

Work Mode - WHO (Lower Parel : Mumbai)

Working Days - 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

Digital Product Analyst Responsibilities :

• Hands on experience working on Analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA Premium), Adobe Analytics and Firebase Analytics for apps and the new GA4
• Experience in working on engagement platforms like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, Moengage, Mixpanel
• Decoding the complete end to end tracking for platforms to calculate ROI for digital activities
• Understanding the implementation done by the Analytics team and highlighting gaps and getting new projects implemented
• Work closely with the product team to help them understand user journey better and highlight friction points to the stakeholders in weekly / monthly reviews
• Create insights out of data for the Product team to track daily and represent on visualisation tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, tableau etc. Hands on experience on these tools is a must.
• Evaluating new digital tools in the market which help in understanding user behavior / activity on the platform and can be used for acquiring & retaining customers
