Job Purpose :

The Sales & Business Development Manager will lead the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage a new sales team. The role involves overseeing market expansion, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets for Shubharambh Productions across the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership :
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with Shubharambh's business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
  • Team Management :
  • Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team.
  • Set individual and team sales targets; ensure regular performance tracking.
  • Mentor and support the sales team to achieve their goals and maintain high engagement.
  • Market Expansion :
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Design and execute market coverage plans, including regional strategies for client outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Sales Operations :
  • Manage and improve the sales process, including client pitches, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align

objectives.

  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • _ 4-6 Years of Experience

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the events and production industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
