Lead the change management strategy and execution for the S4 HANA greenfield implementation program
Develop and own OCM roadmap covering stakeholder engagement communications training and adoption plan
Conduct change impact assessments to identify people process and technology impacts across business unit and geography
Define and execute stakeholder management and communication strategy to ensure alignment and buyin al all levels from Clevel to end user
Design and oversee the train the trainer approach ensuring knowledge transfer and capability across customer teams
Partner with PMO delivery head and business leads to embed change readiness activities
Strong exposure to Greenfield implementation with global delivery offshore model experience
Prior experience in change management OCM roles in a larger scale IT transformation program
Excellent communication stakeholder management and escalation handling skills
Industry experience in PharmaMedical devices or regulated industries preferred
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Human Resources or related field
Minimum of
10 years of experience
in Organizational Change Management within SAP environments
Proven experience in at least two fullcycle SAP implementations preferably S4HANA Greenfield projects
Strong understanding and practical experience with SAP Activate methodology certification is highly desirable
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic project environment
Experience with RISE with SAP framework is a plus
