About the Role :

Join a dynamic cybersecurity team where your expertise will directly impact clients, businesses, and global digital confidence.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on endpoint security platforms, malware analysis, and security operations in hybrid / cloud environments.

Youll collaborate with technical leads, architects, and security teams to ensure resilient, secure, and scalable platforms.

How Youll Make an Impact :

  • Manage end-to-end platform engineering for endpoint security tools (AV, EDR, XDR, DLP, Encryption).
  • Perform synchronization, monitoring, and health checks of security platforms.
  • Analyze configuration settings, policies, custom rule sets, and performance data; provide recommendations to enhance security posture.
  • Provide input to client / global security teams on policy changes and improvements.
  • Triage and investigate malware alerts with effective response strategies.
  • Work with technologies such as SIEM, DLP, UEBA, hybrid and cloud security solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement secure architectures and deployments.

What Were Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience with hands-on expertise in tools such as PAN Cortex, CrowdStrike, Endgame, and MS Defender for Endpoint.
  • Strong knowledge of malware, threats, and endpoint protection technologies.
  • Experience with deployment tools and MDM solutions.
  • Understanding of security-by-design principles and architecture-level security concepts.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
  • Proven ability to work in a 24x7 on-call environment, including shift handovers, escalations, and operational support.
  • Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
