Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Merchandiser to join our fast-paced merchandising team. This role plays a critical part in our product lifecycle—supporting product development, managing vendor communication, tracking production timelines, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. You'll work closely with design, sourcing, and production to deliver collections that reflect our brand ethos and meet market demand.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage sampling and production timelines

Assist in developing product ranges aligned with market trends and sales insights

Monitor inventory levels and support merchandising strategies

Ensure product quality standards and timely delivery

Maintain documentation and reports for internal and vendor communication

Qualifications & Requirements :

Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in export or fashion merchandising

Ideally from a textile or knitwear background

Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools

High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
