Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead our Measurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of measurement methodologies and the product life cycle from a technology perspective along with having vast knowledge on the KPIs and system. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product development and a passion for driving innovation in measurement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product : Deep understanding of the product from both users and technical understanding of the application right from the architecture and process.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Data platform, driving platform optimization, stability, and scalability.
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing and building data analytics platforms, whether on-premises or in cloud environments.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Data Insight & Business Analytics Platforms to drive actionable business decisions and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure seamless data ingestion, transformation, and advanced analytics capabilities within the platform.
  • KPIs : better understanding of all the reporting KPIs.
  • Continuously monitor KPI effectiveness and drive optimization initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Product Strategy : Develop and execute the product strategy for audience measurement, analytics tools and solutions.
  • Identify product gaps and drive prioritization of new features, enhancements, and customer-driven solutions.
  • Technology Platform Transformation : Lead the transformation of data platforms, ensuring seamless
  • integration of advanced analytics, measurement science tools, and scalable technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science, measurement science teams to integrate advanced measurement technologies.
  • Product Life Cycle Management : Oversee the entire product life cycle, from ideation to launch, post-launch optimization, and support.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, partnership, and customer support, to ensure product alignment with business goals and visions.
  • Innovation : Drive innovation by exploring new technologies like AI, GenAI and methodologies to enhance audience measurement, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Customer Focus : Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings and provide support to optimize usage of the product.
