About us :
We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive who can support both sales and basic research functions, understands social media behaviour and enjoys online conversations.
You will be the first point of contact for customers across digital platforms and also support the BD team with simple research, lead prospecting, and opportunity mapping.
Key responsibilities :
1) Digital customer interaction
- Manage Instagram DMs, WhatsApp API chats, and website inquiries
- Share product info, videos, pricing, and recommendations
- Provide prompt, high-quality responses
2) Lead conversion & follow-ups
Convert warm leads through consistent follow-up disciplineMaintain clean, organised lead sheets and CRM-like trackingAssist BD team in qualifying high-value leads3) Basic research & sales support
Support BD with research for revenue generation platforms and sales collaborationsMapping potential collaborators for outreachGathering basic info on exhibitions / eventsIdentify new digital channels or micro-communities where buyers may exist4) Coordination & admin support
Assist BD during exhibitions / peak periodsCoordinate with operations on stock, dispatch timelines, custom ordersTrack customer queries and ensure closuresWhat you'll bring :
