About the Role :

We are hiring talented and passionate Java Developers to join a fast-paced, product-based tech company in Gurugram. If you're experienced in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, and have solid skills in System Design and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to improving code quality.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
Solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

2-4 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot

Strong understanding of System Design principles

Proficient in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

Experience working in product-based companies only

Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and database management

Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have :

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes

Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring tools
