Job descriptionQualification : L.L.B. (mandatory), L.L.M. preferred. Experience : 89 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3–4 years in financial services / fintech sector. Knowledge of Contract Law, IT / fintech laws, and data protection / privacy frameworks (DPDP Act, GDPR exposure preferred). Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex fintech and digital contracts. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Job Description :
Contracts & Transaction Support :
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including technology and platform agreements, licensing, outsourcing, SaaS, API integrations, payment gateway arrangements, and vendor / partner contracts in the fintech space.
- Structure and document arrangements with service providers, affiliates, and group companies.
- Ensure contracts reflect appropriate risk allocation, regulatory requirements, and robust data security / privacy safeguards in line with Indian and global data protection standards (e.g., DPDP Act, GDPR where applicable).
