Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior PHP Developer located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Senior PHP Developer will be responsible for writing server-side web application logic, developing back-end components, connecting the application with other web services, and supporting the front-end developers by integrating their work with the application. The role involves collaborating with a team of developers, participating in code reviews, and maintaining high performance and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PHP, including frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL, preferably MySQL
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good understanding of RESTful services and JSON
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role for 3+ years is preferred
• Understanding of cloud platforms and services such as AWS or Azure is a plus
