(Urgent Search) Technology Director

About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Director within Chief Development Experience Office.

In this role, you will :

• Lead a high-performing team of engineering managers, product managers, and technical leads to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Architect and implement developer experience platforms that span onboarding, tooling, CI / CD pipelines, and observability.
• Define and execute technical product strategy, feature roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Champion software engineering best practices, including secure coding, automated testing, performance optimization, and continuous integration.
• Oversee the technical quality, scalability, and resilience of solutions developed internally or by third-party providers.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native development, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code across teams.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align engineering initiatives with strategic goals.
• Establish and monitor technical KPIs to measure developer productivity, experience, and platform reliability.
• Lead technical risk management, including threat modeling, dependency analysis, and incident response planning.
• Develop strategies for engineering talent acquisition, retention, and upskilling.
• Represent Wells Fargo in industry forums, regulatory bodies, and external technical communities

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of management or leadership experience
