Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Time and Labor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in end-to-end implementations and a solid understanding of HR processes, solution design, and configuration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Labor modules.
- Conduct business process analysis , gather requirements, and design effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to support business rules.
- Prepare functional documentation in line with AIM / OUM methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
