What will you do :

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams to deliver scalable and effective HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into system configurations.

Lead or support end-to-end implementation projects including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, LMS, ECP, and Performance & Goals.

Ensure data integrity, manage data migrations, and support integrations with third-party systems.

Provide ongoing system support, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Conduct user training and prepare system documentation.

Work closely with SAP Basis, Integration, and ABAP teams as needed.

Functional / Technical Competencies

5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.

Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module (ECP, RCM, or ONB).

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Experience in integration third-party systems.

Familiarity with SAP CPI is added advantage.

Experience in handling data replication between EC and ECP

Experience in BIB and PTP

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience, including 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
