Job description

5+ years of experience in robust Core Java and J2EE skill

Two years of hands-on experience with tools such as TIBCO EBX, TCI, etc.

Experience must include defining standardization rules, matching and merging powers, configuring thresholds, configuring events, and integrating data.

Experience modifying workflows, creating new workflows, etc.

Knowledge in data modeling (physical and logical), E.R. diagrams, data dictionary, data map, normalize / de-normalize, agile data modeling.

Leadership skills are needed to successfully promote ideas, coordinate work activities, and plan deliverables within a project team.

Be able to translate data requirements into business processes and reverse engineer business processes into data requirements.

This is a hands-on role, and the consultant should work independently with the business and in a team environment.

Intermediate to advanced SQL querying (SQL Server / Oracle / Hana - any), preferable knowledge in ETL tools (BODS / SDI, SSIS, others
