Job descriptionB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CPA (Preferred but not mandatory) 7–12 years of progressive experience covering Indian Accounting, Payroll Compliance, and US Accounting. Prior experience in multi-industry payroll & statutory compliance is mandatory.

Position : Accounts Manager
Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift : Night Shift / Semi-Shift (aligning with US Timings)
Experience : 7–12 years in Accounting, Payroll & Compliance (Indian + US Accounting exposure required)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Direct & Indirect Taxes.
- Expert-level payroll knowledge across industries & states in India.
- Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Advanced Excel.
- Exposure to Transfer Pricing, US Payroll, and US GAAP basics.
- Ability to handle multi-entity, multi-currency operations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with US & India teams.
- Willingness to work in night / semi-night shifts.
