Site Head OR Plant Head

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Head – Injectable Manufacturing to oversee our manufacturing site dedicated to producing high-quality injectable products. The successful candidate will lead the operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements within the site. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure that production meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Strategy :

Lead all operations of the injectable manufacturing site, developing and implementing strategies to meet the organization's goals. Ensure the site is operating at peak efficiency and aligning with company objectives.

Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, packaging, and quality control, ensuring timely delivery of products while optimizing resource usage.

Ensure the site complies with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA), cGMP, and other quality standards. Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety in the workplace. Set performance goals and provide regular feedback.

Manage the site's budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and safety. Ensure resources are used effectively and within budget.

Drive initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and implement new technologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.

Education

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Doctor of Public Health (DrPH), PhD, Doctor of Ministry, Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E), Master in Landscape Architecture
