✨ Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain relationships with IT companies and recruiters
Coordinate student placement drives and interviews
Guide students on resume building, interview preparation & career planning
Track placement progress and maintain records
Collaborate with trainers and management to align student skills with industry needs

🎓 Requirements :

Graduate / MBA preferred

Excellent communication & networking skills

Prior experience in placements, recruitment, or HR will be an added advantage
