Job Description / Responsibilities : Self driven, dynamic candidate with a strong marketing / sales background.
- Should have experience in generating leads, through different channels, of C&I segment power consumers who are willing to procure RE power / set up RE power plants
- Should be well versed with Open Access Regulations across different states in India for sale of RE power.
- Responsible for Business Development in the assigned region including customer acquisition so as to increase Sales revenue quarter after quarter.
- Will be accountable for achieving Top line and Margin targets.
- Will also be responsible for Sales Promotion, Customer Relationship Management, Market research including competitor information, and Service.
- Formulating strategies & Tapping unexplored market segments for business expansion.
- Reviewing the market response / requirements / change and communicating the same to the management.
- Involved in business development function of the SBU : Responsible for analysis & Study of RFP / RFQ, Solution / Proposal Development, Product Presentation, Negotiation, Order Procurement and Relationship Management
- Scanning and analyzing emerging business scenario in Power, Steel, Mining and Port sectors
- Execute end-to-end marketing strategy which should include web marketing.
- Assist marketing head in developing marketing collaterals and advertising.
- Ensure accuracy & timeliness as per business needs & demonstrate high sense of accountability
- Techno-commercial negotiation, timely Order processing and Offer processing
- Maintain proper documentation and feedback received for all activities of Industrial Customer.
- To make sales calls & enquires.
- To achieve a predefined target by aggressive sales & marketing.
- Candidate must be ready for extensive travel for the purpose of maintaining and developing new market Drive the company's sales and promotions during fairs & exhibitions.
- Find new and better ways to enlist more clients and customers.
