Key Account Delivery Lead

Job Descriptions :

• Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle for key accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
• Handle customer communication, delivery issues, and performance reporting.
• Support continuous improvement in delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for end-to-end delivery management and client interface across North America, Europe, and India.

Requirements :

preferred majors : Supply Chain, Communications, Electronics.

3+ years in key accountdelivery preferred.
