Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced React.js Lead to spearhead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications.

The role demands strong expertise in React.js, modern UI styling techniques, and the latest front-end technologies.

The candidate should possess leadership skills to mentor developers, guide architecture decisions, and deliver outstanding user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the front-end engineering team, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Architect, design, and implement React.js components and reusable UI libraries.
• Build modern, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces using the latest CSS and UI frameworks.
• Implement advanced CSS techniques (CSS Grid, Flexbox, CSS variables, custom properties, animations, transitions).
• Leverage modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS (styled-components, Emotion), and utility-first frameworks.
• Ensure pixel-perfect conversion of Figma / Adobe XD / UI wireframes into production-ready interfaces.
• Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and image optimization.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend systems.
• Drive adoption of modern tooling and workflows (Webpack, Babel, Vite, ESLint, Prettier).
• Enforce frontend security best practices (XSS prevention, CSRF protection, secure local storage).
• Advocate for testing practices (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).
• Mentor the team in agile methodologies, code reviews, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
• Expert in React.js, Redux / Context API, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks :
• Tailwind CSS, Material UI (MUI), Chakra UI, Bootstrap
• CSS-in-JS libraries
• (styled-components, Emotion).
• Advanced CSS3 features
• (Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions).
• Hands-on experience with responsive design, dark mode support, accessibility (WCAG / ARIA), and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Familiarity with frontend testing, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with Git and agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes, image optimization).
• Exposure to design systems (Storybook, Bit, custom component libraries).
• Familiarity with state machines (XState), frontend analytics, and A / B testing tools.
• Knowledge of micro-frontends, WebAssembly, Web Workers, or advanced performance optimization.
• Understanding of modern UX patterns (infinite scrolling, skeleton loading, virtualized lists).
