The Team

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Your work profile :

As an Manager in our T&T Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations : -

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage team(s) of data scientists and analysts, providing guidance and delivering projects across ML / NLP / Gen-AI.
• Drive strategic initiatives and innovation in AI across these focused industries : BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Automotive, FMCG, Healthcare, Pharma, etc.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and drive client engagements to align with business goals and objectives.
• Design and review solutions on (not limited to) time series forecasting, regression / classification modelling, clustering techniques, Gen AI, etc.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based analytics platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS) for AI and Gen AI related projects.
• Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Contribute to RFPs, Assets, other internal / external initiatives.
