About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Senior Manual QA Testing Engineer to join our growing QA team. As a senior member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications through comprehensive manual testing practices. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding developers, product managers, and automation engineersin a fast-paced Agile environment to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, author, and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Execute manual test cases for functional, regression, UI, smoke, and exploratory testing of web applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and automation teams to validate new features and ensure test coverage.
• Analyze test results and document defects clearly using bug tracking tools such as Jira.
• Perform root cause analysis and work with developers to triage and verify fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous testing improvement.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior QA team members when needed.
• Ensure thorough documentation of testing artifacts and contribute to knowledge base creation
