Investment Banking Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other financial transactions.

Your primary responsibility will be to support senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution, including managing timelines, coordinating teams, and communicating with clients. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, conducting industry research, preparing presentations, and contributing to the overall execution of client transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain complex financial models to assess the financial health of clients and potential investments.
• Conduct company valuations and assess financial metrics for M&A and capital raising deals.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis, including pro forma modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing.
• Support senior bankers in managing timelines, coordinating teams, and communicating with clients throughout the deal cycle.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, presentations, and client reports.
• Coordinate with external advisors during deal execution, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
