Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.6-10 years of experience in training and development or a related role.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.Strong organizational and project management skills.Skills Required
