Reconciliations :

Reconciliation with Bank Statements

Reconciling general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and other accounts

Reconcile Forecasted NOI versus actual

Investigating accounting irregularities, mistakes, or potential fraud

Cash Flow

Submit AP and process payments

Calculate Reimbursements

Process Distributions

Servicing

Corporate & Data Collection

Corporate filings for all entities managed

Data collection – it being backup or more information / support

Payment Research

Gather requirements from investments such as insurance, K1s, and their financials.
