Social Media Strategist

Job descriptionDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage end-to-end social media presence across major platforms (with strong focus on LinkedIn for B2B ). Create engaging multi-channel content calendars and campaign copy. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using defined KPIs and ROI metrics. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster online communities. Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks. Collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent content. 3+ years of proven work experience in social media , preferably in a B2B SaaS company Excellent copywriting skills Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Knowledge of online marketing channels Excellent communication skills Familiarity with web design is an added advantage. Good understanding of social media KPIs Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media best practices
