MIS Head

Role :

The MIS Head will lead the company's entire MIS (Management Information System) function. This means handling all data, reports, and dashboards across the company to help management make better business decisions. The role involves financial analysis, automating reports, improving processes, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities (Simplified)

• MIS & Reporting : Prepare company-wide reports, dashboards, and financial analysis using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, SQL.
• Data Management : Ensure all company data is accurate, automated, and secure.
• Process Improvement : Work with different departments (Finance, IT, SCM, Operations) to simplify reporting and remove inefficiencies.
• Compliance : Support audits, regulatory reporting, and ensure Ind AS, IFRS, GST, and TDS compliance.
• Executive Support : Present insights, KPIs, scorecards, and forecasts to CEO / Directors for decision-making.
