About the Role :

We're looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient .NET Developer to join our team as a Tech Lead.

In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your 8-10 years of expertise to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the .NET ecosystem.

You'll be a key technical mentor, guiding a team of developers, driving best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

This role requires a strong blend of hands-on coding, architectural foresight, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

Lead the design and architecture of complex .NET applications, ensuring scalability, security,

performance, and maintainability.

Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices within the team.

Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to quality guidelines.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development processes and product quality.

Programming Languages :

Expert proficiency in C#.

Frameworks & Technologies :

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with .NET Core (preferred) and .NET Framework.

Strong experience with ASP.NET (MVC, Web API) for building RESTful services and web applications.

Proficiency in Entity Framework Core / LINQ for data access.
