Rebate Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Complete rebate lifecycle management : contracts, distributor agreements, rebate slabs, calculations, and payouts
• Data analysis & Excel hands-on : VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards
• Track rebate performance, accruals, variances, scenario modeling, and forecast vs actual
• Ensure compliance & documentation of rebate calculations
• Dispute Management, Accruals & Payment Reconciliation
• Forecasting & planning for upcoming periods
• Work with ERP / CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Vistex or similar)

Preferred Industries : Cloud / Telecom / Electronics / IT Services / Hardware / Semiconductor (NBFC experience not preferred)

Experience : 6–10 years
