We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team in the Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and driving operational performance across assigned sites.

Qualification :

BE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience :

Minimum 4–6 years in Facility Management, Operations, or Client Handling roles

Key Responsibilities :

1. Act as the single point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction

2. Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery across assigned client sites

3. Coordinate with technical teams for preventive and corrective maintenance activities

4. Visit client sites regularly and interact with on-site employees to monitor performance, address issues, and ensure smooth operations

5. Track SLAs, prepare reports, and support audits and compliance requirements

6. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and client retention

7. Travelling to different sites within the region should not be a concern
