This role offers exposure to HR operations, administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, and event management, providing hands-on experience in key HR functions.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
• Support administrative tasks such as organizing employee records, scheduling meetings, and managing attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Plan and assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, celebrations, and other HR-led initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and procedures   Skills and Tools :
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
