Procurement & Sales Coordination Executive

Jaipur | Full-time | On-site

Lagavi is a design-led global tableware brand that collaborates with 75+ makers worldwide to curate and co-create handcrafted ceramics, porcelain, glassware, cutlery, and accessories. We serve leading hospitality brands, gifting companies, and high-end homes with timeless design and uncompromised quality.

As Lagavi expands its B2B hospitality vertical, we are strengthening our procurement and fulfilment team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to support smooth order management, procurement, and coordination with sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Assist the Purchase Manager in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors.
  • Raise accurate purchase orders and follow up on supplier dispatches and deliveries.
  • Maintain updated vendor databases, quotations, and comparative statements.

Order Management & Fulfilment

  • Align closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations for timely order fulfilment.
  • Track order status end-to-end and ensure smooth execution of client deliveries.
  • Inventory & Stock Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or delays to the Purchase Manager.
  • Work with sales and operations to avoid stock-outs or overstocking situations.
  • Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and share MIS / reports on procurement, vendor performance, and order status.
  • Ensure all purchase-related documentation is complete and audit-compliant.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchase, or supply chain preferred (freshers with strong aptitude may apply).
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
