Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in product startup environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automation technologies with a proven track record of scaling systems in fast-paced startup :

4-6 years of experience specifically in product and / or startup environments.
Proven experience building and scaling infrastructure from ground up.
Experience working in agile, fast-paced development Technical Skills :

Cloud & Infrastructure :

Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with GCP and / or AWS.

Kubernetes : Expertise in managing 10+ microservices clusters in production.

Helm : Proficient in Kubernetes package management and deployments.

Terraform : Strong experience in infrastructure as code and automation.

Networking : Solid understanding of network concepts, protocols, and Systems & Programming :

Linux : Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems administration.

OS Fundamentals : Deep knowledge of CPU scheduling and memory management.

Programming : Intermediate level skills in Python OR Go-lang with production experience.

Shell Scripting : Advanced scripting capabilities for automation.

Data Structures : Strong understanding of algorithms and data & Operations

CI / CD Pipelines : Experience designing and implementing continuous integration / deployment.

Docker : Proficient in containerization and writing Dockerfiles.

Database Administration : Experience with database management and operations.

Production Experience : Proven track record managing live production systems.

SaaS Applications : Experience handling distributed SaaS & Observability

Prometheus & Grafana : Hands-on experience with setup, configuration, and usage.

Experience monitoring microservices and distributed Technologies

CI / CD : Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Service Mesh : Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, etc.)

MongoDB : Knowledge and operational experience.

Ansible : Configuration management We're Looking For
