Senior QA Automation Engineer (Salesforce | Copado | Selenium)

Role : Senior Quality Test Engineer

Position Type : Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)

Contract Duration : Long Term

Work Schedule : 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Location : Hybrid in Bangalore, India (2xdays onsite)

Role Overview :

Responsible for developing and executing automation and performance tests, enhancing QA processes, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve testing efficiency, product quality, and compliance with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute automated and performance tests for Salesforce applications.

Configure, maintain, and administer testing tools and environments.

Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and best practices for QA.

Conduct root cause analysis of defects and performance issues.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align testing with requirements.

Participate in Agile / Scrum delivery cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

3+ years in QA / Test Engineering and automation testing (Salesforce focus).

Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or CI / CD pipelines.

Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, APIs, SOQL.

Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Visualforce, LWC, and Apex.

ISTQB, Copado, or Salesforce certifications preferred.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
