Role Overview

As a UI / UX Designer at SRV Media , you’ll translate strategy and storytelling into seamless digital experiences. You’ll work closely with creative, tech, and marketing teams to design intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused digital interfaces — from campaign microsites to full-scale platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• User Experience Design :
• Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and persona creation.
• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and information architecture.
• Map user journeys that balance creativity with conversion goals.
• User Interface Design :
• Create visually striking interfaces aligned with SRV’s and clients’ brand guidelines.
• Work across responsive layouts (web, mobile, and app).
• Implement micro-interactions and motion design for engagement.
• Collaboration & Delivery :
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.
• Collaborate with content strategists, campaign managers, and art directors.
• Present design rationales and user experience logic to clients.
• Innovation & Optimization :
• Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and UI / UX best practices.
• Integrate insights from performance data and user analytics to improve designs.
• Bring design thinking to campaign ideation and creative problem-solving.
