Job Description : Vee Healthtek is seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in driving strategic insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. You’ll work closely with leadership to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations that help the organization achieve its growth objectives.

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting : Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning.
• Performance Analysis : Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts;

provide clear commentary and recommendations to improve performance.
