As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and lead operational excellence.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure smooth delivery of services across business functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-performing teams in the SaaS / fintech sector and be adept at implementing scalable operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
Lead and manage cross-functional operational teams (Customer Success, Implementation, Compliance, and Support).
Develop and enforce efficient workflows, SOPs, and service delivery frameworks.
Track and analyze KPIs such as SLAs, response times, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams for seamless execution and delivery.
Oversee onboarding and lifecycle management for SaaS-based clients.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO).
Handle client escalations and resolve issues within stipulated timelines.
Support senior leadership in strategic planning and process automation.
Administrative & General Operations
Manage office administration, including travel bookings, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Supervise attendance tracking, leave management, and staff discipline in coordination with HR.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and resource availability.
Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain vendor relationships.
Support logistics for internal meetings, client visits, and company events.
Maintain and update operational documentation and reports.
Qualifications & Skills
7–10 years of proven experience in operations management within SaaS or Fintech industries.
Strong experience in team handling and cross-departmental coordination.
Hands-on exposure to administrative functions, including travel, attendance, and facility management.
Excellent understanding of SaaS workflows, customer lifecycle, and digital payments operations.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and reporting skills.
Proficient in CRM, ticketing systems, and operational dashboards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines.
Immediate joiners or those with short notice periods will be preferred.
