Must-Have Experience :
6 - 9 years of relevant experience in test automation and 2+ years as Lead SDET / Test Automation Architect, designing and implementing robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.
Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks from scratch across enterprise applications.
1-2 years of experience in performance testing for the enterprise applications (using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner etc.)
Expertise in C#, Specflow, Java
Strong grasp of testing strategies : unit, integration, functional, performance, security, and exploratory.
Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and cloud-based testing tools (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
Proficient in API and backend testing using Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, or custom frameworks like Rest assured
Experience of working with other development teams to ensure quality is designed in at all stages of product lifecycle
Experience in mentoring teams
Proficient in writing SQL scripts
Technical Skills :
Skilled in developing scalable test solutions using C# and SpecFlow
Experience of writing test automation for web apps and mobile devices.
Experience of deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins
Proficient with test management systems such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr Scale etc
Experience of testing without UI, using test drivers, simulators, harnesses, and API tools like SwaggerUI, Postman and SoapUI.
Experience in working with browserstack, perfecto, saucelabs etc.
Experience with performance testing
Expertise in developing & maintaining automated test scripts
Experience in evaluating test automation and performance testing tools and leveraging AI based automation
Desirable Skills / Experience :
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance (and Operations)
Exposure to any Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience of supply chain planning using tools like Blue Yonder.
Experience of end-to-end supply chain management
Experience of testing IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)
Experience of testing ecommerce on SAP Commerce Cloud
Experience of testing any point of sales systems (POS), such as Microsoft Store Commerce.
Experience of solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services
Ability to operate with relative independence in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience of Analytics and Power BI

Education :

THE GIG :
As a QA Automation Specialist in our Enterprise Technology team, you will :
Understand the test automation and performance testing needs of enterprise applications
Evaluate, compare, and recommend test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium etc.) based on project needs and technology stack
Design and implement modular, maintainable automation frameworks that support UI, API, integration, and performance testing
Establish best practices for automation design, code review, CI / CD integration, and continuously improve / optimize
Build reusable libraries and utilities for automation that can be leveraged across teams and projects
Define the overall test strategy and test plan for ERP applications across functional, regression, integration, and performance
Develop automated test scripts and plans using standard frameworks & tool
