Location : Hyderabad, India

Position Overview

The Corteza Solution Architect will define the end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap for the Corteza platform environment. This role will oversee the design of integrations, workflows, and infrastructure alignment to ensure the Corteza environment is stable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise needs. The architect will also lead the system audit, technical debt review, and version upgrade planning.

Key Responsibilities

Design the overall architecture of the Corteza platform, including workflows, automation, integrations, and infrastructure.
Review and rationalize existing 200+ workflows, identifying redundancies and optimization opportunities.
Define data models and relationships between Corteza modules (lead, contact, billing, accounting).
Develop architecture documentation and system blueprints.
Work closely with the Lead Corteza Developer and DevOps Engineer on deployments and release cycles.
Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability in all Corteza configurations.
Plan and oversee version upgrade and migration strategies.
Collaborate with Planet Crust (or vendor) for support, patches, and advanced configuration.
Provide architectural guidance for integration with microservices (Python / Kubernetes environment).
Support QA and testing teams by defining validation frameworks for workflow integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of overall software architecture experience with at least 3 years in low-code or CRM / ERP platforms.

Proven expertise in Corteza, including Namespaces, Modules, Workflows, and Automation Scripts.

Strong background in systems integration (REST, gRPC, message queues, API gateways).

Deep understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and containerized architectures.

Familiarity with PostgreSQL / MySQL schema design and query optimization.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Experience leading technical design sessions and presenting architecture solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in enterprise Corteza or Planet Crust partner projects.

Certification or proven experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with accounting and billing workflows.
