Role Description

We’re seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join our growing digital marketing team. This is a remote, part-time, commission-based role, ideal for someone who’s driven, persuasive, and passionate about helping businesses grow through effective marketing.

You’ll be responsible for :

  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients through outreach and networking
  • Understanding client pain points and presenting tailored marketing solutions
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
  • Following up on inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly targets

Performance Expectations

To ensure clarity and growth, here’s what’s expected from you :

Targets & Milestones

  • Close at least 5 deals per month (average-sized marketing packages or equivalent value)
  • Consistent performance over 3 months will make you eligible for a base pay + commission structure
  • Underperformance (fewer than 3 deals / month consistently) may lead to role review
  • Example Path to Growth

  • Month 1–3 : 100% commission-based (uncapped earnings)
  • After Month 3 : Base pay + commission (based on achieving 5+ deals per month average)
  • Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and client management
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and advertising
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity
  • Prior experience in marketing or advertising agencies is a plus
  • Commission-based (no base pay initially)
