Job descriptionDevelop and implement strategies for sourcing fabrics from domestic and international suppliers Identify and evaluate potential fabric suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the textile industry Work closely with various stakeholders, including designers, suppliers, and production teams, to ensure timely and cost-efficient sourcing of fabrics Manage fabric quality and maintain adherence to company standards and specifications Monitor and assess supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery Track and maintain accurate records of fabric inventory and ensure optimal stock levels Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
