Experience Required : 1-5 years
Min Qualification : B.Tech / MCA / MBA / Fintech Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in banking transformation / migration project
Location – Kochi , Kerala

Responsibilities :
- Own the contractual components pertaining to the applications / integration components listed.
- Will be the owner of the End to End solution pertaining to the applications listed. This would include any of the infrastructure / support / integration components.
- Co-ordinate the partners for implementation and support
- Solution definition, design and implementation. Post transition, any customization pertaining to the application will be owned by the Lead
- Manage the implementation of the application in accordance with the plan.
- Responsible and Accountable for Product Configurations, customizations, integration with the surround applications.
- Customization would include – design, development, testing and implementation
- Production Support
- Track and resolve the incidents reported in accordance with the SLA
- Track and resolve the Service requests within the SLA
- Manage the testing process till release. This would include defining the test cases, SIT and UAT
- Define and manage architecture diagrams and DFD’s
- Manage and maintain the API inventory and the API specifications
- Manage the SLA and KPI for all the applications, integration response related SLA
- License and Key management pertaining to the applications
- Sizing and performance management (performance benchmarking and optimization) of the applications
- Periodic VAPT of the solution in accordance with the regulatory needs
- Support periodic vendor assessment exercise.
- Carry out and / or support User Access review and management for the applications.
- Management of non-production instance of the application in co-ordination with the infrastructure team.
- Management of all the documentation pertaining to the applications.
